A respected leader in the senior care industry, Julie is a founding member and past President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA). She currently serves on the board of San Diego Oasis Lifelong Learning (as Immediate Past Chair), Glenner Alzheimer’s Family Centers, and the Poway Chamber Senior Services Group, which she chairs. Julie is also actively involved with the KenTal Business Association and the San Diego County Council on Aging.

Before joining Aging123, Judi built a successful career in retail management. She later chose to leave the industry to focus on raising her daughter, a decision that further strengthened her commitment to family and caregiving. Inspired by her desire to help others, she transitioned into the senior care field, where she now plays a vital role in guiding families through some of life’s most important decisions.
Judi’s compassionate approach, combined with her operational expertise, ensures that every individual receives thoughtful, tailored support. She is deeply committed to assisting older adults and their families—especially during times of need—helping them find the best possible care solutions with confidence and peace of mind.
Lindsey Lambert is the Marketing Communications Specialist of Aging123. She focuses on developing and executing strategies that connect seniors and their families with trusted resources for aging well. Her work focuses on crafting clear, engaging messaging and implementing campaigns that build strong relationships with both partners and the communities we serve.
With a background in Communication and experience teaching both Film and Media Studies at the college level and a wide variety of curriculum at the K-12 level, Lindsey brings a strategic and empathetic approach to marketing. She is passionate about delivering meaningful, results-driven initiatives that make navigating the aging journey easier and more informed for everyone.
